In this day and age we all live hectic lives, work, family, busy social calendar. It all adds up and add to that a fairly sedentary working life we have a situation that does lend itself to maintaining a healthy balance with our food intake. With our group nutrition coaching, we aim to guide you through the process, laying out what’s actually important and helping you to take control of your nutrition once and for all!


Neil came to us wanting to drop unwanted bodyfat that had crept on over the years. Not understanding his specific nutritional setup he was never in control of how he ate. With some coaching around energy balance and eating a combination of nutrient dense, high protein foods along with some of his favourite foods (pizza being the big one) he was able to drop over 17kg and maintain his new weightloss success!


Tanya has a busy work life and needed a plan to shed some body fat and get to grips with her nutrition. Whilst still enjoying nights out for dinner and drinks she dropped several dress sizes and understood the importance of energy balance!
